As your child ages how do you prepare for their changing needs? Guardianship decisions and planning for their financial future are paramount concerns. With a solid plan in place, you can be comforted, knowing that your child or loved one can be properly cared for well into the future.
Guardianship – How do you know if your child needs a guardian? How old are they when you begin the process? What types of guardianship are available? Do I need an attorney?
Estate Planning – How can I leave money to my loved one with special needs without affecting their eligibility for government benefits? Do I have enough money to fund at trust? What is a pooled trust? Who can manage their funds when I am no longer able to?
All this and more will be answered by our featured presenters:
